Residential Service

• Small Panes (under 12 inches):

  • $2.75 per pane (inside and out)

  • $1.75 per pane (if cleaning outside only)

• Average Panes

  • $7 per pane (inside and out) 

  • $5 per pane (if cleaning outside only)

• Extra-Large Panes (5 feet or more):

  • $10 per pane (inside and out)

  • $7 per pane (if cleaning outside only)

What’s Included:

• Removal of organic debris (because who needs that mess?)

Got some extra debris from a recent project? If you need removal of silicone, mortar, paint, stucco, or other construction debris, we’ll handle it for you at our new construction or remodel rate for those affected panes (see below).

Optional Add-On Services

Want to make your windows shine even brighter? Here are a few extra services we offer:

• Hard Water Removal: $5 per pane (Severe stains may cost extra)

• Screen Cleaning: $3 per screen (A little extra TLC for your screens!)

• Screen Mesh Replacement: Starting at $25 per screen (Depends on Size)

• Window Track Cleaning: $0.50 per track. (We’ll brush and vacuum out dirt and debris to keep everything looking fresh and clean.)
